Sculpt
Get a lean sculpted and balanced
body using stability balls, resistance tubing and dumbbells.
A multi level class focusing on muscle conditioning and core. Perfect for
EVERYBODY!
Cardio
Core
Cardio Express
You don’t have time for a class?....You do now! In 30 minutes you will
get your heart pumping using one of the following:
rebounder (mini tramp), step, bike, bosu ball or floor aerobics. “Just
Do It”
Cardio
Mix
A cardio cla A cardio class for all fitness levels. The instructor
may choose to mix rebounders (mini tramps), steps,
bikes, bosu balls, floor aerobics in this heart pumping class!
Cardio
Pump
A two for one deal! An intense calorie burning workout combining
intervals of cardio (step and/or spin)
with muscle work (heavy weights). A great way to get fit FAST!
Cardio Sculpt
A combination of cardio work followed by muscle conditioning using
dumbbells, kettlebells or bands. A fun and challenging class.
Kettlebells
This throwback equipment from the 19th century builds strength, power,
flexibility, cardiovascular endurance and prevents back pain.
Kettlebell training methods are based on solid scientific principles. Kettlebell
training uses high speed ballistic movements
that derive power from the hips and legs, while sparing and stabilizing the
back. Kettlebell training is fun and safe, builds muscle and promotes fat
loss.
Lite
Cardio & Tone
Lite Cardio & Stretch
These are less strenuous and easier to follow classes which consist
of standing floor aerobics followed by either muscle
conditioning using light resistance or by stretching. Great for beginners
and seniors.
MECA
An acronym for Mobility…Elasticity….Core….Adaptability.
A back and ab class beginning with yoga poses, then progressing to abdominal
and
back fitness with the use of the MECA back wedge, a low back support to increases
the effectiveness of abdominal conditioning and increase elasticity
of spinal ligaments. It follows with core exercise to stabilize the spine
and finishing with stretching. Be kind to your spine!
NIA
Nia is a fusion movement technique for your body, mind, emotions
and spirit. Nia moves draw from dance, martial arts and yoga, creating a whole
body workout.
Pilates
on the Mat
This class will enhance strength and muscle tone and improve spinal
alignment and posture. It’s all about your core!
Pump
Weight lifting does a body good! Increase bone density, metabolic
rate and strength using a combination of barbells,
dumbbells or kettlebells. Challenge yourself with heavy weight and feel the
BURN!
Spin
& Pump
An interval class using bikes for cardio and alternating with heavy
weights for muscular strength.
This intense workout can be modified for every fitness level. Give it a try!
Spinning
This 45 minute stationary bike class is a non-impact cardio workout
that challenges you to be your personal best.
Led by certified spinning instructors that will inspire you to “Keep
on Truckin’!”
Stretch
& Tone
A gentle conditioning class for the entire body. Using stability
balls, light weights and bands, this class will improve your flexibility,
muscle tone and balance. Great for beginners or seniors.
20-20-20
Zumba- kettlebells-Yogalates. A combination class that’s sure
to please. 20 minutes of zumba, 20 minutes of
kettlebells (light weight) and 20 minutes of yogalates (a fusion of yoga and
pilates). “Variety is the spice of Life!”
Yoga
Hatha based yoga classes with a vinyasa style for all levels. These
classes involve linking several poses together
to create strength, flexibility, endurance and balance. Compliment the activities
of your daily life with Yoga!
Zumba
“Ditch the workout. Join the party!” A Latin inspired
cardio class using dance steps. “You don’t dance?”
Let us teach you the salsa, cumbia, merengue, reggaeton and more as you dance
your way fit!
